Mary Kathleen Johnson, resident of Owasso, passed from this life at her home on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the age of 56 years. Mary was born September 29, 1958 in Tokyo Japan, the daughter of Carlin David and Audrey Jeanette (Roberts) Long. Because of her father�s military career with the U.S. Air Force, she was raised in various places around the world. Mary was united in marriage to Tommy Johnson on Oct. 8, 1983 in Tulsa. They were longtime Tulsa residents before making their home in Owasso. She was known as �Little Mary� when she worked as a bartender for the Buccaneer Lounge, Jimmy L�s and the Coachman. Family was always a priority with Mary, but she always found time for gardening, reading and taking care of her animals and her macaws.
Those that survive include her husband Tommy; sons-Jimmy, Johnny, Shane and Justin; grandchildren Kaylee, Mackenzie, Tia, Portia and Connor. Also surviving are her father Carlin David Long of Coleman, AL; a brother Carl Long; three sisters Anita Jo, Ann and Karen and an aunt and uncle also in Coleman, AL. Mary was preceded in death by her mother.
At Mary�s request, cremation has taken place. Family and close friends are holding a private memorial service on Saturday, March 28, 2015. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. www.moweryfs.com
