Patricia Ann “Trish” Kirchmann, resident of Owasso, passed from this life to her heavenly home on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. She was 77 years of age. Trish was born August 13, 1938, in Sandusky, Ohio, to Martin James and Mary Iretha (Armstrong) Malone. She was raised in Ohio, graduating from Margaretta High School, Class of 1956 in Castalia, Ohio. Trish worked for Capital Airlines in New York before eventually moving to California where she lived for over 50 years. While there she attended El Camino College in Torrance, California, and worked as the sales manager for a lighting and fixture company. Trish moved from Houston, where she made her home for five years to Owasso in 2013. She was a member of the Owasso First Assembly of God Church and enjoyed traveling, cooking and reading in her spare time. Spending time with her family was always a priority with her; and during her son’s early years, she was a PTA president and was his baseball “Team” mom.
Those that survive and hold many cherished memories are her son Mike Kirchmann and wife Shawnda of Collinsville; granddaughter Briegette Kirchmann of Collinsville; step grandson Brookton Moore and wife Candice of Broken Arrow; and great granddaughter Lailee. Also surviving is Trish’s brother James Malone and wife Cheryl of Southern California. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services for Patricia will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016, in the sanctuary of the Owasso First Assembly of God Church with Pastors Bruce McCarty and Robert Polvado officiating. At Trish’s request, cremation will take place. Those that would like to honor Trish’s memory may do so by contributing to the: Owasso Baptist Home for Children, 12700 East 76th Street North, Owasso, OK 74055 in lieu of flowers. As one of Debbie’s moms best friends, “Aunt Pat” was family from the beginning. She loved us through childhood and then took on the role of “grandparent” to our children. We hold many fond memories of you. Unfortunately, our times together diminished when you moved from California, but being close to your only son and family was your hearts desire. Sorry we didn’t get to say good-bye. We’ll treasure our times together and know heaven waits – we’ll see you there! Love and sympathy to Mike, Shawnda and Briegette.

Aunt Pat, I can’t wait for my next hug from you when we meet in heaven. Rejoice as you meet our Savior…but we will be mourning your passing with the trust and hope that comes in Christ. I love you! Hugs and condolences to those closer to you than I.

Pat has been a special friend of mine for over 60 years since high school and she has continued in this capacity to my entire family ever since. I know that God loves her and so do I. Save a place for me in heaven Pat and I look forward to seeing you there

Although it has been years since we last saw each other, we would touch base once in a while through Christmas cards and an occasional phone call. Pat would share stories from her mom and my dad. My condolences as my memories of cousin Pat always seemed very lively and fun loving.
